Junior Technician

Technician

Lead Technician

Senior Lead Technician
- Top performer. Trusted with complex, custom, or high-stakes projects. Helps shape standards.
Technical Operations & Sales (Inside Role)

Regardless of division, most technical roles follow a similar rhythm:
- 80% field work 20% reporting, notes, photos, digital documentation Lots of teamwork (pairs or small groups) Fast learning and constant improvement

- Valid G license & clean abstract.
- Able to work outdoors, on ladders, and lift 50 lbs.
- Good customer service, organization, and computer skills.
