Responsibilities
Research projects, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct international field assessments and monitoring, and build relationships with field partners. Manage project budgets and daily operations, coordinate activities with internal teams, and lead international mission teams when required.
Requirements
Requires at least one year of post-secondary education or equivalent experience, along with people leadership experience. Strong cross-cultural adaptability, communication, assessment, evaluation, and problem-solving skills are required; international travel and experience in relief or community development are assets.
