Administrative Support Specialist - Wealth Management

Our client, a boutique Wealth Management firm in Aurora, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to serve as the administrative heartbeat of their office.
This position is built specifically for a true "career administrator" - someone with deep professional experience who loves the work and wants a long-term professional home.
While financial services experience is preferred, full training will be provided for the right high-caliber administrator. If you have the administrative DNA and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Advisor Support: Provide direct administrative backing to the Portfolio Management team.
• Client Onboarding: Liaise directly with clients and lead end-to-end onboarding workflows.
• Presentation & Reports: Compile raw internal data to format polished presentation decks, quarterly client reports, and meeting files.
• Data & Systems: Input, reconcile, and maintain financial records, transaction histories, and database entries.
Who You Are:
• Seasoned Professional: Proven track record in high-level administration; you take pride in anchoring an office.
• Meticulous: You catch the fine details others miss and naturally drive workflow efficiency.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the agility to learn proprietary CRM and document management systems.
• Growth Mindset: Coachable and open to completing industry or skills courses.
