Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities : Completing daily outbound phone calls to generate leads and build relationships from a de?ned target segment of Investment Professionals (~130/day) Updating daily call activities and maintaining accurate records in Hybrid?s proprietary database Developing and maintaining an understanding of various industries and ?nancial products (Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, Structured Products) Collaborating with your team to develop innovative outreach strategies for your clients Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by senior team members Desired Experience : University degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration) Completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) is an asset Previous business development or sales experience is an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products This role is ideal for candidates with experience in positions such as: Customer Service Representative, Retail Sales Associate, Bank Teller, Financial Services Representative, Personal Banking Associate, Client Service Representative, Sales / Account Representative . Excellent verbal and written communication skills French native/bilingual an asset Ability to effectively address objections while maintaining a positive dialogue Resilience in the face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities to gather further insight Ability to adapt and adjust strategies accordingly Experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and data Superior collaboration skills Strong understanding of the markets, or strong curiosity to learn Solid understanding of financial concepts Solid organization and time management skills Why Work at Hybrid?
