Hype Events is looking for motivated and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Account Executives.
This is an entry-level sales and marketing position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a goal-oriented environment and want hands-on experience developing their communication, sales and leadership skills.
Previous sales experience is not required. We’re looking for candidates who are coachable, professional and motivated to develop.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers and provide a positive, professional experience
- Present and explain client products, services and promotions accurately
- Develop strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching and development
- Track performance and use feedback to continuously improve
- Collaborate with team members and leadership
- Take on additional leadership and training responsibilities as your skills develop
