We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing Midtown Toronto team and develop real-world experience in client engagement, business development, sales, and campaign growth. You’ll work directly with customers and clients while learning how successful campaigns are built, represented, and improved.
Your focus will include:
- Business development and client engagement
- Face-to-face brand representation
- B2B and B2C campaign support
- Customer acquisition and relationship building
- Campaign performance and growth
- Professional and leadership development
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing established brands with confidence, care, and professionalism
- Building genuine conversations with customers and business audiences
- Communicating brand messaging clearly and effectively
- Supporting customer acquisition and campaign growth
- Learning how to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve results
- Working closely with a team that values communication, accountability, and progress
- Developing the skills to take on greater responsibility over time
