Hype Events is looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our growing Midtown Toronto team. We create engaging, face-to-face experiences that help well-known brands connect with customers in a more personal and memorable way.

What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers in a retail environment
- Represent brands in a professional and positive manner
- Answer customer questions and provide product or service information
- Create welcoming, memorable customer interactions
- Support promotional and retail marketing initiatives
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily goals
- Build communication, customer service, and leadership skills through hands-on experience
