As an Entry-Level Direct Marketing Associate, you’ll work as part of our team representing brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns, events, and customer-focused experiences.
Your day-to-day can include:
- Representing brands in a professional, energetic, and authentic way
- Starting conversations with customers and learning how to communicate with different types of people
- Explaining products, services, promotions, and brand messaging clearly
- Creating positive customer experiences through genuine, face-to-face interactions
- Supporting campaign goals and learning the fundamentals of sales and marketing
- Receiving coaching and feedback to improve your communication and professional skills
- Working alongside a team, learning from experienced teammates, and contributing to campaign success
The goal isn’t for you to walk in knowing everything.
