🎪 Role Overview
As an Event Assistant, you’ll play an important role in bringing promotional events to life.
You’ll be involved in everything from setting up events and supporting on-site operations to interacting with attendees and representing some of the brands we work with.
You’ll be learning on the go, working alongside a motivated team, and gaining hands-on experience in events, marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, setup, and breakdown of promotional events
- Support event coordination, logistics, and on-site operations
- Represent client brands and engage confidently with event attendees
- Distribute marketing materials and provide customers with product information
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals
- Help track event performance and gather customer feedback
- Make sure every event runs smoothly, professionally, and with great energy

- 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Marketing, Events, or a related field is a plus
- 🗓️ Flexible and available to work some evenings and weekends
Previous event, hospitality, retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus - but not essential.
