Your Path to Management
01 - Sales & Marketing: Start on the front lines, learning face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign performance.
02 - Team Leadership: Build leadership habits by supporting, training, and motivating teammates while learning what it takes to create a strong team culture.
03 - Administration & Operations: Learn the business behind the campaigns - including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, reporting, team coordination, and daily operations.
04 - Project Management: Put it all together by taking ownership of campaigns, projects, and team initiatives while learning how to plan, execute, and improve.

- Comfortable taking initiative and learning from feedback
- Previous sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required
