We're growing and we're looking for a certified Project Manager to help ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and without surprises.
The Role
As a PMP-certified Project Manager, you'll own projects from signed order through installation and close-out. You'll coordinate our design team, purchasing, manufacturing partners, freight, installers, general contractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. You'll manage a mix of direct client projects and formal tender/bid projects, including multi-site rollouts for national accounts.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from sales handoff through installation and final walkthrough
- Build and manage schedules around manufacturing lead times and client occupancy dates
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and GCs
- Coordinate site readiness, freight, delivery, and installation crews
- Manage budgets, change orders, risks, and project timelines
- Support tender projects with specification compliance, submittals, and documentation
- Manage deficiencies, punch lists, and hand-off to warranty and customer service
- Keep project boards in Asana accurate and up to date
- Help build repeatable processes for national, multi-location programs
What You Bring
- PMP certification (required)
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial furniture, interiors, construction, or fit-out
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, including multi-site rollouts
- Comfort working with GCs, construction schedules, and site coordination
- Familiarity with manufacturing timelines, freight, and logistics
- Ability to read floor plans and furniture drawings (CAD familiarity is an asset)
- Strong communication skills with both executives and trades
- Experience with Asana or similar tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally across Canada and the U.S.; a valid passport for U.S. travel
Nice to Have
- Experience with public sector or tender projects
- Background in corporate office, hospitality, or senior living environments
- Knowledge of BIFMA standards or ISO quality systems

- Salary: $90,000–$110,000 CAD for a PMP-certified candidate
