Ignite Pizzeria

Ignite Pizzeria is a Vancouver-based pizzeria built on a simple, generous idea: great stone-fired pizza should be delicious, affordable and for everyone - because life is all about sharing. The first oven fired up on Mount Pleasant’s Main Street in 2017, with an intent to close a gap for high-quality pizza in a relaxed, modern setting.

Today Ignite operates four contemporary locations, with a fifth opening in July 2026. Every pizza begins with a five-day fermentation and Canadian non-GMO flour, then stone-fired at 800° for about two minutes. The menu is built for sharing - medium and XL pizzas, appetizers and salads - across roughly 25 pizzas (vegetarian, vegan and carnivore), for dine-in, pickup, in-house and aggregator-led delivery.

Behind the counter, Ignite pairs craft with discipline: a custom backend manages staff, kitchen, inventory, promotions, delivery and customer relationships. It continues to diversify - catering and a retail line with GAIA Olive Oil - while the promise stays the same: real ingredients, plain language, and a generosity that runs through everything, from prices held through inflation to portions made to share and a genuine welcome.
