ILLUMA Studio

ILLUMA Studio is a boutique studio that serves families who want recreational dance without the heavy financial and time commitment. We have been running recreational dance and musical theatre programs in various Greater Vancouver Community Centres since 2018. We offer programs to centres including Richmond City Centre, Vancouver: Sunset, Renfrew, Hastings, Thunderbird, Coal Harbour, Hillcrest, West Point Grey, Douglas Park and Dunbar to name a few. At these centres, we offer weekly performing arts classes, and day camps during Pro-D days, Spring, Summer and Winter breaks. We also run weeklong dance workshops and After School Programs (ASP) at schools in the Lower Mainland. Lastly, we are contracted by other studios and businesses to operate their dance and performing arts programs. By running affordable programs around the city, ILLUMA Studio aims to decrease the barrier to access performing arts education and enhance physical literacy. We hope that by learning skills while having fun will help students be prepared to take on the unknowns in life. When life becomes hard, we hope our students will be able to find their center and refocus through movement, breathing, conditioning, stretching, and igniting their unique spark in this world.
