Original job description

Company Description ILLUMA Studio is a boutique performing arts studio that provides accessible, recreational dance programs for families seeking quality instruction without heavy financial or time commitments. Since 2018, the studio has delivered dance and musical theatre programs across Greater Vancouver community centres, including locations in Richmond and multiple Vancouver neighbourhoods. ILLUMA Studio offers weekly classes, day camps during school breaks and Pro-D days, as well as weeklong workshops and after-school programs throughout the Lower Mainland. The role involves collaborating with program coordinators, communicating with caregivers, and supporting camps, workshops, and after-school programs throughout the year. The Dance Instructor is expected to uphold ILLUMA Studio’s mission of accessible performing arts education and help students build confidence, creativity, and physical literacy.
