Position Summary

The E-Commerce Portfolio Lead bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. This role focuses on accountability, account partner coordination, product sourcing support, launch project management, graphics and marketing coordination, inventory execution, cohesive promotional calendars, margin protection, and portfolio optimization to hit revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Line Expansion & Market Gap Research: Leverage the MIS Analyst E-Commerce to do targeted product research to help expand product lines. Identify opportunities that meet financial sales and margin targets while solving unmet customer needs and closing market gaps to secure strong product ratings and positive reviews.
Sourcing Support & Launch Project Management: Partner with procurement to source new line extensions and products. Own the operational project management and tracking of product launches from inception to live listings, ensuring all requirements are met on schedule.
Marketing, Influencer & Graphics Coordination: Coordinate with the Brand & Social Media Coordinator to align promotional assets and influencer activations for new product rollouts, and work directly with the Graphics team to produce and finalize all required listing content and visual assets.
Inventory Execution, FBA/WFS & Replenishment Management: Execute day-to-day inventory management and replenishment workflows across FBA and WFS facilities. Monitor channel-specific stock levels, inbound shipments, and warehouse health to maintain target product availability for top SKUs, prevent storage overages, and ensure smooth operational handoffs with procurement and shipping teams.
Cohesive Promotional & Deal Execution: Orchestrate unified promotional calendars and deal strategies (such as Lightning Deals, rollbacks, and flyers) simultaneously across platforms to avoid customer confusion and erratic inventory spikes, ensuring discount dollars target top-performing SKUs.
Hands-On Paid Media & Advertising Execution: Directly manage, execute, and optimize day-to-day advertising campaigns (including Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect, and on-site media). Monitor daily spend, adjust bids, refine keyword targeting, and drive efficiency to hit target ACOS/ROAS and sales velocity goals.
Margin Protection & Pricing Consistency: Support blended margin goals across the portfolio while strictly guarding MAP enforcement and pricing consistency across channels.
Channel Performance Tracking & Mutual Redundancy: Monitor daily/weekly performance dashboards, identifying sales trends, inventory bottlenecks, or listing suppressions, and driving rapid tactical execution while acting as a mutual backup to the Portfolio Manager to ensure seamless operational continuity across shared channel portfolios.
Process Improvement & Campaign Support: Standardize catalog onboarding frameworks, support campaign optimization, and streamline workflow handoffs between operations, support, and management teams.
Compliance, Risk & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure ongoing marketplace compliance (including third-party product testing), mitigate commercial and reputational risks, maintain platform relationships, and document playbooks for consistent execution.

Qualifications & Experience

· 3 to 5+ Years of intensive, hands-on marketplace operations, catalog management, and optimization experience on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy.

· Background Preference: Ideally that the candidate has worked in Baby and/or Furniture categories.

· Large-Scale Paid Media Execution: Advanced, hands-on experience executing, scaling, and optimizing heavy paid media budgets (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect, and multi-million-dollar campaign structures) while strictly managing ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS performance thresholds.

· Execution & Project Management: Strong background in managing complex product launches, inventory replenishment workflows (FBA/WFS), and cross-functional asset coordination in a high-velocity environment.

· Analytical & Operational Agility: Exceptional data-analysis capabilities to monitor large-scale performance dashboards, swiftly resolve operational bottlenecks, and act as a seamless mutual backup to management.

Compensation & Performance Bonus

Base Salary: $70,000-75,000 per annum.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied directly to achieving net shipped GMV and ROAS targets. Note: Bonus is not eligible during the probationary period.
