ABOUT OUR TEAM AND CLINIC
Infinity Health - A Division of the Chiniki Group of Companies
Infinity Health is Canada's largest First Nations-owned provider of rehabilitation services, proudly supporting communities across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Founded in 2009, our mission is to deliver best-practice, community-centered healthcare, especially for populations that have historically faced barriers to access.
Our practice model is specially designed to balance foundational rehabilitation services with highly innovative care. While standard insurance-based case management (such as working with ICBC, VAC, and WorkSafeBC) remains a key and valued pillar of our daily practice, we are actively expanding into a unique space: proprietary, private-pay clinical programming.
The Best of Both Worlds: Standard & Proprietary Practice
What makes a career with Infinity Health exceptionally unique is the diversity of our clinical model. We offer our clinicians the stability of traditional practice alongside the exciting clinical freedom of our own in-house developments.
Valued Insurance Partnerships: We maintain strong, established relationships with traditional payers. This work forms a reliable, essential foundation of our practice, helping clients navigate standard recovery pathways.
Proprietary Clinical Programs: In tandem with standard case management, we are moving into a proprietary space. These in-house programs are designed to catch members of the public who fall through the cracks of public health waitlists and rigid system mandates.
More Treatment, Less Paperwork: Our proprietary programs are structured to prioritize actual, hands-on clinical intervention. This means our therapists spend their time focusing on treatment and functional outcomes rather than being bogged down by excessive administrative paperwork.
Paid Specialized Training: You do not need prior experience with our unique protocols. We provide full, paid training for all incoming staff to ensure you are fully certified and confident in delivering these specialized, in-house interventions.
The National Advantage: Interdisciplinary Collaboration
As part of a national clinical model, our Fraser Valley team benefits from a vast network of interdisciplinary resources and expertise. We foster a collaborative environment where our clinicians can access support across provincial lines.
Medical Integration: Direct access to our national team of six physicians and specialized medical experts.
Multidisciplinary Support: Work alongside a diverse chain of clinics featuring Physiotherapists and rehabilitation experts across BC, Alberta, and Ontario
Resource Sharing: Seamlessly integrate medical insights from our Alberta-based physicians into BC-based treatment planning.
Clinical Scope & Environment
We provide a diverse practice environment that balances clinical autonomy with collaborative support. Our OTs manage a hybrid caseload consisting of:
Office-Based Intervention: Focused clinical sessions within our Fraser Valley office spaces.
Community & Home-Based Care: Delivering services within the clients' natural environment.
Virtual Health: Utilizing secure platforms to maintain continuity of care.
Mentorship & Professional Development
At Infinity Health, we are committed to your long-term professional growth, no matter where you are in your career.
For New Graduates: We offer a structured, supportive transition into private practice. In addition to our proprietary program training, you will have direct access to dedicated Clinical Leads across three core disciplines: Mental Health, Physical Rehabilitation, and Cognitive/Neuro-Rehabilitation to help you build your clinical confidence.
For Experienced Clinicians: We offer immediate clinical autonomy, opportunites to help expand or refine our proprietary programs, and clear pathways into leadership and management roles.
