Infosys is seeking a
Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit and document requirements, and support the delivery of customer-facing telecom solutions across mobile and web applications. You will translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure successful delivery through Agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role supporting complex digital initiatives.
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, process analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration concepts, including REST and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or similar software, with the ability to validate requests, responses, error handling, and integration behavior.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including secure data handling, authentication, authorization, privacy, and risk considerations.
- Experience defining user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting functional and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with product owners, developers, architects, testers, UX teams, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on telecom domain experience supporting customer-facing mobile and web applications is mandatory.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 123375
