We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of our operations in North America and assist our direct sales team.
In this role, you will help generate new sales opportunities, guide clients throughout their customer journey, and collaborate with account managers and partners. If you enjoy building relationships, asking the right questions, and working in a collaborative, results-driven environment, this position could be for you.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Lead Coordinator, Direct Sales, you will be responsible for securing the renewals of technical support contracts for North American customers. Through value-added interactions and a personalized, customer-centric approach, you will generate new business opportunities for account managers while building strong, trusted relationships with customers.
- Contact current software users in North America to follow up on technical support contract renewals
- Contribute actively to onboarding new clients and continuously improving the customer journey
- Identify new sales opportunities among existing clients
- Participate in targeted sales campaigns
- Assist account managers in scheduling and coordinating client meetings
- Update the company database using information gathered during client interactions
- Encourage clients to participate in seminars and other marketing events
- Perform any other duties that contribute to process improvement, business development, and direct sales growth
Qualifications
- Have at least five years of experience in B2B sales or sales prospecting
- Build and maintain strong business relationships to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrate a proactive and strategic approach to client follow-ups
- Apply a client-centric approach that fosters value-added interactions and strengthens client relationships
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently by phone and email
- Plan, organize, and prioritize activities independently to manage time and objectives effectively
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that client matters are handled smoothly
- Know how to use a CRM for follow-up and business development activities (an asset)
- Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
