JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a variety of business and technology initiatives for a top Insurance client. This individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping uncover root causes, identify process improvements, and drive solution-oriented outcomes. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, excels at stakeholder communication, and can connect business requirements to broader organizational goals and impacts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience supporting business and technology-focused projects
- Experience working on digital transformation and solution-based initiatives
- Ability to identify dependencies, impacts, and cross-functional considerations across projects
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement experience
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions, ask probing questions, and uncover root causes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Strong focus on business outcomes and value realization rather than purely technical solutions
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
