Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients' dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analysis skills, expertise in ERP systems, and proficiency with various financial software to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, manage complex data sets, and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Strong communication skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliations
- Lease accounting and financial reporting
- Month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Capex budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience collaborating with operations and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CPA designation (or CPA candidate)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience
- Corporate tax and sales tax (GST/HST) filing and reconciliation
- Internal and external audit support experience
- Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools
- Executive-level presentation and communication skill
Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
Pay Rate: $85,000-95,000/year.
