Job Description:
Apotex is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Innovation & Enterprise Applications to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and digital solutions.
The successful candidate will manage technical teams and external partners through the full solution lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, adoption, support, and value realization. This role will also partner with Corporate Sales leaders to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing application portfolios, budgets, vendors, risks, timelines, and dependencies; providing clear updates to senior stakeholders; and ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
-8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital innovation, technology delivery, or IT leadership
-Proven people management experience leading and developing technical teams
-Experience managing enterprise application portfolios and digital solutions
-Experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps and prioritized initiatives
-Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects
-Strong executive stakeholder and business relationship management experience
-Experience managing budgets, vendors, risks, timelines, and dependencies
-Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, DevOps, automation, cybersecurity, and application lifecycle management
-Experience with GxP controls, audit readiness, or regulated systems
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SharePoint, accessibility standards, or modern development framework
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-Experience supporting sales, commercial, or customer-facing business functions
-Experience working within pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, or another regulated industry
-Advanced degree or professional certification in technology, business, product, project, or portfolio management
