Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Hybrid 2x every 2 weeks in Waterloo, ON
Salary: $85,000-$90,000/yr
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of business and technology initiatives for a top Insurance client. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and application-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of project execution, communication, and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through implementation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience leading business and technology-focused projects
- Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience
- Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications
- Experience supporting projects involving business process changes, front-end applications, and back-end systems
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, including providing project updates to leadership and key stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications
