Senior Financial Analyst – Operational Finance
Location: Scarborough / GTA (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a well-established and growing consumer health and wellness organization to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst for its Operational Finance team.
This is a highly analytical, business-facing role with a strong focus on global distribution, inventory and commercial finance. The SFA will work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to understand business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable financial insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across commercial and operational areas.
- Partner with Distribution and Supply Chain to analyze freight, warehousing, inventory and distribution costs across multiple markets.
- Provide financial support to a commercial business unit, including sales pacing, variance analysis, pricing, costing and profitability.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare monthly reporting and translate complex financial results into clear insights for senior leadership.
- Support profitability analysis, costing, accruals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and automation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of progressive finance experience within FP&A, operational finance, commercial finance or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to move from data to insight to recommendation.
- Experience in areas such as distribution, inventory, supply chain, costing or commercial finance is highly desirable.
- Strong business-partnering and communication skills with the confidence to work with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and/or analytical tools.
- CPA designation or active CPA progression
