Role Description The Customer Service & Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations and office administration. This role includes managing incoming inquiries, coordinating orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and fulfillment process. The person in this position will supervise support activities, maintain records, handle scheduling and office supplies, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep workflows efficient. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, updating customer information, supporting promotional product campaigns, and contributing to process improvements that enhance both customer experience and office productivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills, with a focus on maintaining high Customer Satisfaction.
