Role Description
Insurance Broker (Hybrid/offsite – Mississauga, ON)
Full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home occasionally or permanently. Responsible for assessing clients’ insurance and financial needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, managing renewals and claims, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, both in-office and remotely
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is required
- RIBO license (Ontario) - required
