After graduating from the Hotel Management Institute in India in 1999, Parmender worked for over 15 years in world’s top hospitality companies like Sheraton Hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruiseliners, Hyatt Hotels & Red Lobster restaurant in various roles from Server to Manager. The hospitality experience gave Parmender skills to interact with customers and understand their unique requirements. Parmender holds a Masters in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University. Parmender has a level 2 license from Alberta & LLQP Life License since 2014.
