If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love hitting targets, and enjoy building connections with people, this could be your next move. You’ll be responsible for maximizing sales and delivering exceptional service, developing deep product knowledge, and ensuring every booking is managed with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The starting salary for this position is $24.00 USD per hour for US-based candidates, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a range of awesome perks.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
Experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into bookings.
-
Confidence working towards targets and KPIs - you're results-driven and love celebrating wins.
-
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
-
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and travel booking platforms.
