Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Emerald Park, SK. This position is responsible for creating visual assets for marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations, and product documentation, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics and layouts, developing logos and branding elements, editing and optimizing images for print and web, and preparing files for production. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to translate project requirements into clear, engaging visuals, maintain design standards, and support ongoing promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow brand and quality guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Familiarity with print production processes and basic knowledge of designing for digital platforms is an asset.
