Over 7 years of experience as a Technical Support Expert managing Microsoft Windows clients (Windows 10/11).
Over 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Over 3 years of hands-on experience managing workstations through Microsoft Intune, including patch deployment, application packaging, report generation, script execution, and day-to-day endpoint administration.
Expert-level knowledge of PowerShell and shell scripting for workstation automation, deployment, and administration.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking concepts, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with INET and enterprise IT infrastructure management.
Strong experience managing LRS Printing Solution is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
Strong experience with Active Directory, including user, group, Group Policy (GPO), and computer object administration.
Knowledge of application lifecycle management, including application migrations and upgrades.
Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
Experience supporting and configuring network printers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is mandatory, as the role supports multiple countries across the Americas.

Willingness to work outside standard business hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) when required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
