🚀 Hiring: Senior Software Developer – CRM (Dynamics 365)

Contract Duration
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer – CRM with strong experience in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug and maintain CRM applications.
- Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
- Configure Customer Service Workspace, workstreams, routing, session templates and agent experience profiles.
- Build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript and Web APIs.
- Design and develop Dataverse solutions and integrations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Work with Azure SQL, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare technical documentation, assessments and implementation materials.
