🚨 Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Leader – Senior
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3–4 days onsite/week)

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior project management experience
- Proven experience leading large, complex, high-profile digital and IT projects
- Strong experience managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, actions and decisions (IRAD)
- Experience leading projects through Concept, Discovery, Design, Prototype, Implementation and Go-Live
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation and consensus-building skills
- Experience working with senior executives and multidisciplinary business/IT teams
- Proven vendor management and procurement experience, including RFS/RFP/SOW
- Experience with Agile and digital project delivery
- Strong change management and business transformation experience
- PMP, Scrum, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred
- OPS / Canadian public-sector experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Digital First Assessment (DFA), AODA, Information Management and enterprise architecture is an asset
