🚨 Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Ontario Public Service
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite

🔑 Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of overall experience in IT industry
- 3+ years of experience working on complex UX projects
• Strong experience with user-centred design, responsive and mobile-first design
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating prototypes, user flows, personas, storyboards and user research deliverables
• Experience with Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin or similar UX tools
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance testing is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and business stakeholders
Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases, particularly within government or public-sector environments, is highly valuable.
