Senior Program Manager – Digital Health / EHR Modernization

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong experience delivering complex digital health, EHR/EMR modernization, and healthcare technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee digital health and EHR modernization initiatives from inception through close-out.
- Manage program governance, strategy, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and go-live schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, healthcare organizations, technology providers and senior stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with product owners and external healthcare partners.
- Work closely with Legal, Privacy and Security teams on healthcare technology initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting, presentations and program performance updates.
- Manage client engagement, implementation activities and knowledge transfer.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7–10 years of program/project management experience in digital health or electronic health-related projects.
- Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Experience deploying clinical software, including EHR/EMR, health information systems, eReferral solutions or patient portals.
- Experience with Ontario's healthcare ecosystem and provincial EHR assets such as OLIS, DHDR and acCDR.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare business processes.
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, governance structures and funding streams.
- Proven experience with budgeting, risk management, change management, resource planning and program governance.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, leadership and executive communication skills.
- Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executive leadership.
- Understanding of healthcare privacy and security requirements, including PHIPA/HIC considerations.
- PMP certification and/or PMBOK knowledge is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
