Position: Software Engineer (Neo4j/Graph Database)
Location: Toronto Ontario
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable graph-based solutions using AWS Neptune, OpenCypher, and graph database best practices.
- Build and optimize data ingestion and ETL pipelines to load, transform, and process large-scale datasets into graph databases.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React.js to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI to support graph-driven applications.
- Create and maintain graph data models, schemas, and relationship structures to meet business and analytical requirements.
- Configure, deploy, monitor, and optimize AWS Neptune environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Develop cloud-native infrastructure solutions using AWS CDK, following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into graph database solutions.
- Implement application monitoring, logging, and observability using Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
- Leverage expertise in Neo4j or other graph database platforms and apply graph architecture principles to design, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS Neptune-based solutions.
