Project Manager/Leader - PeopleSoft HCM
Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with project management methodologies and frameworks.
Must Have Skills:
- Extensive experience as Project Manager working with PeopleSoft related projects or other HCM projects.
- A hands on project manager who has lead multiple large ERP ($5M+) projects.
- Significant expertise and experience in PeopleSoft HCM application
- Implementation of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces, including experience implementing PeopleTools and PUM upgrades
- Experience working on Microsoft Azure cloud platform with RHEL/Windows OS and Oracle Database.
- Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning.
- Prior Public Sector experiance is a must.
- Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan
- Ability to monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting and input to ensure targets are met
- Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
