We’re looking for Servers to join our winter team. You’ll be part of a fun, hardworking crew and play an important role in creating a memorable experience for our guests, from the moment they sit down until the last plate is cleared. This is a busy, hands-on environment where no two shifts are quite the same. We’re looking for people who are friendly, confident, reliable, and enjoy working with guests.
Job Description:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
Have knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Create and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with confidence and a focus on quality.
Know classic cocktails and be comfortable following recipes for new drinks and guest requests.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
Pitch in and help your teammates whenever needed - teamwork makes the dream work!
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience
Serving It Right certification
Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, beer and spirits
Strong guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and process payments accurately
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
