Summary
We are seeking a skilled Part Time 310 T Mechanic to join our dynamic team at Islington Nurseries Ltd. This role is vital in maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment used in landscape and construction projects. Responsibilities
- Able to repair our equipment – such as diesel trucks, pick-up fleet, bobcat, loader, Kubota
- Knowledge of heavy (OFF ROAD) machinery maintenance: bobcats, excavator, loader, etc
- The diagnosis of equipment problems; identifying and replacing, as required, worn or broken parts, making all necessary adjustments and alignments
- Complete all tasks assigned and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Able to execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and comply with all safety regulations
- Apply preventative maintenance to keep our equipment running
Requirements
- Have a minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a licensed 310T mechanic
- Able to diagnose and repair equipment
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Able to work under pressure and be efficient and organized
- Be professional, courteous with a time sensitive attitude to work efficiently
- Knowledgeable with all mechanic tools
Hourly rate is based on experience. (Range $35-$45)
