ISM opened its doors in Saskatchewan in 1973, back when the internet was still a theory. Fifty-three years later, we do the same work we always have: managed IT infrastructure for the Canadian enterprises and public institutions that can't afford a bad day. Government. Financial services. Healthcare. Energy. Telecommunications. The organizations most people never think about until something stops working.

Enterprise infrastructure accumulates the way cities do. Layer by layer, over decades, with nobody quite drawing a map of what's underneath. We've spent five decades learning where the complexity hides: the temporary fix that became permanent, the system nobody wants to touch but everyone depends on. We don't show up with a clean-slate pitch. We show up with tools, experience, and patience for the work as it actually exists.

Canadian-operated is a structural fact, not a slogan. A server in a Canadian data centre is not the same thing as a server governed by Canadian law. It matters who owns the company, who employs the people running it, and whose rules apply when someone comes asking for access. We've operated under Canadian corporate governance for over fifty years, with cleared personnel at reliability, secret, and top secret levels on staff.
