🚀 Hiring: Senior Application Support Analyst – FX / Capital Markets
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to support critical Foreign Exchange (FX), Derivatives, and Risk applications within a fast-paced financial services environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for FX, derivatives and risk applications
- Perform start-of-day checks, monitoring, regional handovers and risk reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve production incidents while meeting SLAs
- Support application releases, testing, deployments and enhancements
- Partner with traders, business users, developers and technology teams
- Assess production risks and escalate issues appropriately
- Improve application stability, efficiency and support processes
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of Application/Production Support experience
- Experience within Capital Markets, preferably FX / Foreign Exchange / Derivatives / Risk
- Strong Linux/Unix and SQL/Database skills
- Experience with batch management, monitoring and incident/problem management
- Scripting experience with Python, Shell, Bash or similar
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and interact directly with business/trading stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
