Responsibilities
Manage and develop a mechanical engineering team of approximately 6–8 employees, focusing on launched products and their ongoing engineering support. Lead product revisions and improvements, coordinate implementation of engineering changes with Production, and establish scalable lifecycle processes.
Requirements
Requires strong people leadership and prior experience managing engineers or other technical professionals, along with a mechanical engineering or product-design background and strong SolidWorks proficiency. Candidates must have experience with physical manufactured products and sustaining engineering, product revisions, engineering changes, or product lifecycle support.
