Immigrant Women in Business (IWB) is a Canadian non-profit social enterprise dedicated to the economic empowerment and integration of immigrant women entrepreneurs and professionals.

Operating under the philosophy "We Are Stronger Together," IWB serves as a vital bridge to help women overcome barriers to success in their new country.

Core Focus: IWB's impact is delivered through three key pillars:

Education: Providing practical, results-oriented training through the IWB School of Business and structured Mentorship Programs to master the Canadian market.

Network: Fostering a powerful, collaborative ecosystem via Networking Events, the Women Empowerment Summits, and programs for Business Startup and Scalability, Job Placements and Career Growth.

Advocacy: Working to break down systemic barriers by promoting Financial Literacy, Access to Funding, and advocating for Diversity and Inclusion in the business landscape.

Key Impact (Since 2017): 300+ women-led businesses launched. Over 400 successful placements achieved. 3,000+ immigrant women mentored.
