We are hiring for an AWS Architect. The role focuses on AWS architecture and operations in enterprise environments, with emphasis on infrastructure, cloud governance, automation, and managed services.
A strong fit will have 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience and 6+ years of hands-on AWS architecture and operations experience.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 6+ years of hands-on AWS architecture and operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and AWS-native backup and disaster recovery.
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience, including state management, modular design, and pipeline-driven deployment.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Experience with change management integration using ServiceNow and CAB.
- Familiarity with enterprise observability tools including Dynatrace, Datadog, Instana, and CloudWatch.
- Experience operating within client-owned cloud governance, including Landing Zone, Control Tower, and IAM policies.
- Solid understanding of hybrid estates and coordination with on-premises and middleware teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and support AWS architecture and operations in enterprise environments.
- Manage AWS infrastructure and services across cloud environments.
- Develop and manage Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code deployments.
- Support pipeline-driven deployments and CI/CD activities.
- Work within client-owned cloud governance and established IAM policies.
- Coordinate with on-premises and middleware teams across hybrid environments.
- Support enterprise observability and ITSM operations.
Nice to have
- AWS Professional-level certification such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional.
- BFSI or Insurance domain experience.
- Exposure to WMB, JBoss Fuse, ActiveMQ, DataPower, Spring Boot, and batch/job scheduling.
- Experience with transition or steady-state managed services and multi-vendor delivery models.
