Role: Blue Yonder Consultant/Developer
Location: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5N 5P9; Hybrid: 2 days in office a week
Mandatory Skills
Strong understanding of Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) architecture.
Experience with SCPO data model, metadata configuration, batch processing framework, and system administration.
Knowledge of Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and platform-level configurations.
Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Demand Planning applications.
Understanding of forecasting concepts, forecasting hierarchies, causal forecasting, and forecast consumption.
Ability to develop custom solutions and support forecast-related business processes.
Knowledge of Fulfillment master data configuration and batch execution.
Experience working in Blue Yonder SaaS-hosted environments.
Strong understanding of BY tables and entity relationships.
Ability to analyze data flow between source systems and Blue Yonder applications.
Knowledge on BY Control-M Batch flow, Monitoring and troubleshooting failed batch executions
Experience troubleshooting platform-level issues and application performance bottlenecks.
Understanding of workflows, option sets, searches, user security, and environment management.
Technical Skills
Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience
Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (KSH/BASH), Development and maintenance of shell scripts for automation.
Control-M Scheduler Administration and Support
Data validation and reconciliation between source systems and BY applications.
Debugging production issues through data analysis
Production Support and Incident Management, Incident analysis and resolution
Data cleanup and reconciliation scripts.
Automation scripts for data validation and maintenance activities.
