Using Designer , Director & basic administrator console
Understand existing code, source to target mapping & design documents
Monitoring and supporting batch jobs
Incident management and root cause analysis
Basic performance tuning
Job monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting
Understanding job design, control flows, and scheduling
Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
File system navigation, permissions, and log analysis
Understand existing scripts , files & logs,
SQL (queries, DML, DDL)
Basic PL/SQL for debugging
Database connectivity troubleshooting
