Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to streamline processes and improve system performance.
Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to customize and extend application functionality.
Oversee integration of the Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Lead development of digital portals using Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement.
Champion best practices under the Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and growth.
Stay current on industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
Contribute to the company's strategic goals by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Guidewire Associate or Guidewire ACE certification required; certification on the Palisades release preferred.
Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite integration and its core components.
Proven proficiency with Guidewire ClaimCenter and related tools for claims management.
Strong background in Jira for project management and task tracking.
Expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension.
Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal for building user-friendly digital interfaces.
Solid understanding of the Guidewire Work Model for efficient project execution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
