We are hiring for a Mobile Dev Lead. The role focuses on leading iOS application development, mobile architecture, and technical delivery using Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS technologies.
A strong fit will have 7+ years of iOS development experience with team leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management experience.

- 7+ years of iOS development experience.
- Strong team leadership and team coordination experience.
- Strong expertise in iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, iOS SDK, and REST API integration.
- Experience with MVC, MVP, and MVVM architectures.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of mobile security, performance tuning, and application lifecycle.
- Experience leading offshore and onshore development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
What you'll do
- Lead iOS application development and technical delivery.
- Design and implement mobile architectures using MVC, MVP, and MVVM patterns.
- Develop modern mobile user interfaces using SwiftUI.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
- Mentor developers and lead onshore and offshore teams.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Support CI/CD implementation and release management.
- Lead more than one team as a Development Lead.
