We are looking for a detail-oriented Collision Repair Estimator to join our team.

You will work with a highly skilled team in a well-equipped facility featuring:
- Large, well lit dedicated estimating bay
- In-floor hoist
- Overhead heat
- Overhead pressure washer
Responsibilities and Duties
- Write accurate, complete collision repair estimates
- Strategically disassemble and inspect damaged vehicles and develop repair plans
- Communicate expectations and solve problems with customers
- Communicate with MPI, and other insurance partners
- Support our customer service team in providing a great customer experience
- Support technicians with repair planning and problem solving
- Manage supplements and changes throughout the repair
- Keep repairs moving efficiently while maintaining quality and safety
- Use Mitchell Estimating Software
- Manage multiple priorities in a busy shop
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience
- Strong automotive repair knowledge
- MPI / DRP experience
- Insurance and customer service experience
- Mitchell Estimating software experience is an asset
- Comparable estimating software experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A good understanding of collision repair procedures
- The ability to handle multiple requests and changing priorities
- A team-first attitude
- Hands-on vehicle repair experience is an asset
This is an active, hands-on position. You must be comfortable being on your feet and be able to lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
Working days are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 5:00
Education:
- Red seal in auto body repair is an asset
