Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at a Jaguar Land Rover dealer in Vaughan, ON. This role is responsible for leading a team within the dealership - such as sales, service, or customer care - to ensure goals are met and brand standards are upheld. Day-to-day tasks include setting team targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and coordinating schedules and workflows. The Team Manager works closely with dealership leadership to implement operational processes, resolve escalated customer issues, and support a consistently high level of service. This role also involves collaborating with other departments, reporting on key metrics, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.

- Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment, ideally within automotive, retail, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse team members.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and maintain operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, collaborate with colleagues, and address concerns professionally.
- Comfort with using dealership systems, CRM tools, and basic office software; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Understanding of sales and/or service processes, including customer experience best practices and performance metrics.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive team practices.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Vaughan, ON, including weekends or evenings as required by dealership operations.
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an asset; relevant supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
