We’re looking for energetic, hands‑on individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a Weaver, you’ll play a key role in keeping up to 20 weaving looms running smoothly so we can produce high‑quality fabric every day. What You’ll Do Keep looms running by fixing breaks in the tape (weft & warp) Replace empty tape packages and keep them neat and organized Check fabric closely to catch and correct defects Perform general housekeeping (dusting looms, sweeping floors) Support team tasks as needed in a fast-moving production area Stay active - lots of walking required! What You Bring Entry-level friendly – no weaving experience needed! Energetic, self‑motivated, and ready to learn Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable working around machines Previous fast‑paced work experience is an asset What We Offer Starting wage: $20/hour Weekly pay Shift premiums up to $1.25/hour Full PPE provided On-site cafeteria Extended health & dental benefits Pension plan Located in Truro Industrial Park Shift Details 12-hour shifts 7:45 AM–7:45 PM and 7:45 PM–7:45 AM Set rotation between day and night shifts (no straight-day or straight-night options) Full-time, permanent position averaging 40 hours/week Ready to join a high-performing team?
