This role focuses on building trusted relationships with primary care providers and retail pharmacies across the Sudbury territory. You will promote a Respiratory portfolio, provide meaningful product education, and help healthcare professionals address patient needs. The position combines territory sales management, customer engagement, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with district and regional colleagues, head-office partners, and key healthcare influencers. The role offers an opportunity to use customer insights and market knowledge to shape commercial strategies and improve ways of working. Accountabilities:
You will manage the territory as a strategic business area, building healthcare-professional relationships while executing sales and educational activities that support business objectives and positive patient outcomes.
- Build and execute a territory sales management plan to meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Promote the Respiratory portfolio and educate healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
- Provide product information and education to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with primary care providers and retail pharmacies across the Sudbury territory.
- Identify customer needs and unmet needs and communicate insights that can inform future solutions.
- Collaborate closely with district and regional colleagues, head-office partners, and key influencers.
- Share field insights with internal teams to improve ways of working and support market performance.
- Analyze territory opportunities and plan activities that contribute to business growth.
- Organize and execute relevant sales events and customer engagement activities.
- Manage territory expenses and investments, including continuing education initiatives.
- Adapt sales and engagement approaches based on customer needs, market developments, new technologies, and evolving ways of working.
- Contribute to a cohesive and collaborative team environment through knowledge-sharing and reciprocal support.
Requirements
You bring sales experience and strong relationship-building capabilities, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, along with the ability to learn therapeutic information and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- CPPE accreditation is preferred.
- Established experience building strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals within the territory.
- Knowledge of the Respiratory therapeutic area, or demonstrated ability and willingness to develop expertise in it.
- Strong ability to influence others, establish credibility quickly, and build productive business relationships.
- Adaptability and openness to new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
- Strong organizational, communication, and business skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide a valid driver abstract upon acceptance.

- Annual base salary ranging from $110,900.80 to $145,557.30 CAD.
